Matt Grant has spent his career in the New Zealand residential construction industry — on the tools, in the office, and everywhere in between. As Managing Director of MRG Construction Management, he works directly with homeowners, architects, and contractors to deliver new builds and major renovations that stay on schedule and on budget.

Matt's role is simple in theory and demanding in practice: he finds the right contractors, builds the budget, manages the schedule, and keeps clients informed at every step. He takes on the complexity so his clients don't have to.
